This is Sam (golden lab) and Tess, they're both former second chance residents, and they came back for a visit. Their dad went out of the room and you should have seen these two panic! "wait for us dad"

I now have a lovely new home and have gone to stay with a wee king charles spaniel, I think we'll be good pals!

Ena has already called to see how I'm getting on, she needn't have worried though, I've got them wrapped around my paw already, in fact, last night it was a case of four in the bed!!!

Hi Auntie Ena & friends,

Sorry it's taken some time with this update but I've been a very busy boy
since joining my new family and brother Bailey the lab. They all think I'm
the best thing since sliced bread! Mum keeps telling all her friends "what
a great wee dog" I am. It's nothing but compliments (except when I roll in
unmentionables whilst out on our walks). I'm having a great time with my
brother Bailey and guess what? No more chewing for either of us - well we
do have each other after all.

We're in such a good routine now, wakening up between 6-7 am, depending on
how much we've had to drink the night before! We do go back for another
hour or so then its all go! Playing in the "ok coral" (fenced front garden)
before breakfast, then out for a walk through the fields, have become quite
partial to the odd crop or two, sshh don't tell the farmer! Then it's back
to the "ok coral" for drinks and a play before our afternoon nap and when we
waken we start all over again! I have already out grown my bed so have been
sneaking into Bailey's, I'm definitely the boss despite being the "wee boy
and the new kid on the block". Now I have the same size bed as the "big
one" so keeping my old one for my pals back at the kennels, as well as some
treats.

We really are two spoiled boys, getting lots of kisses and cuddles from all
the family not to mention all the treats from our cousins in Kirkcaldy and
my uncle in Kelso. They all say they can't imagine life without me and it's
certainly been one of the best decisions they've ever made.

Will keep in touch, lots of hugs and kisses to all back at the kennels,

Harvey x

Look who came back for a visit! Sam was a really timid nervous boy when he first came to us as a puppy, just look at him now! He loves Sarah, his mum, to bits but he still remembers where we keep the sausages (3rd pic).

He was happy to see us but was even happier to be going home, this is him setting off with his new best friend, Nell, who is 8 1/2, and who adores her young toy boy!

This is Cesar (named after the dog food!). He never reached homeless hounds, lucky wee boy, as we had this lovely couple just waiting on a phone call to say he had arrived at the kennels! They had already had their home visit done just in case a wee Westie appeared.

So, Isobel & David are now the proud mum & dad of Cesar. He will be loved to bits, did I hear you say spoiled? Never!

After all these months in kennels I now have a brilliant new home, they said something about taking me to agility when I learn some obedience, sounds great fun!

We had a lovely surprise when Kyle brought his mum & dad for a visit. We were over the moon, it is so nice to see our past residents come back for a visit.

Kyle was rehomed from our house when we worked from home about 8 yrs ago, he was a wee scared puppy of six months, it's so good to see what a confident dog he has turned out to be and is the apple of his mum and dad's eye.
