This is wee Jack ( now Archie) brilliant wee dog, getting ready to go home with his excited mum another lovely home.

Hi Ena and co! We just wanted you to know that the wee man has settled in amazingly well, its like he has never lived anywhere else! He is the sweetest natured boy we have both ever encountered and so far has been on the bus (no sick!) and met some of our friends and their dogs and Wee Archie just wants to play with everyone. I will sent photos and when he has been settled in a bit longer, will jump on the train and bring him up to visit!! Thanks again for giving us the chance to have the sweetest boy who is already part of the family x

Katherine thanks so much for the pics she looks adorable, you might see her brother Jed up on the beach near you he has moved up there. You know Bonnie couldn't deny her puppies anyway the ears give them away haha.

Hi Ena,

thought I'd just send you a wee update and some new photos of Mya. She's doing really well and loving walks, puddles (well any type of water, the sea and ditches will do too) and other dogs. She was camping with us in the summer near Killin and has been out for a walk up Glen Doll, which she loved. She looks really like her mum in the photo you emailed me and we're forever getting people stopping us to pet her. She's got a great nature and we're so glad that she's ours! Thanks Ena,

Katherine

This is Scrappy with her new family who absolutely adore her, lucky girl.
Hi Ena and Mhairi
Just a wee update on scrappy, What a different dog, she loves it here and we love having her. I think she might bankrupt us on toys though as she just loves to destroy them, she's had a couple of accidents, nothing major and she's quickly learning that her toilet is outside. Her mad half hours have increased to about an hour and she has at least 3 a day, it's great to see her acting like the puppy that she is instead of the scared wee dog we first met. As I'm typing this she's running through the house with a squeaky monster in her mouth....it's so funny!! Anyway, thanks for letting her come home with us, she's a pleasure to call part of the family, we'll keep in touch.
Liz and the gang xx

This is Barney getting ready to go home with his mum & Patch, he has a lovely home.

Hi,
Just to let you know that we've had a great first day, both dogs are now happily playing swap the toy and discovered how effective they are at pinning us down with our hair so they can get maximum kisses in, believe me I thought they were going to drown me earlier double kisses means double doggie drowl,,, yukkkkk.I will send pics regularly and swear we will keep in touch. So glad you let us take Barney, he's already part of the family. I think we're changing his name to Teddy as he likes cuddles soooooooo much.
Luv Agnes

Diesel >>
Posted: 10th November 2008

We were all so excited yesterday we had a VIP visit! It was our Diesel who we had for all those months, while he was nursed back to health.Boy was it worth all the trips to Broadley Vets in Stirling. He was looked after there by vet nurses Wendy & Kath who absolutely adore him, so much so they are going to visit him in his new home.
I actually phoned his mum Carol in the morning to say we were missing him so could she just bring him back to us, of course she said no way but she would bring him for a visit, well you can't always have everything you want so a visit will need to suffice. Diesel is looking absolutely fabulous coat shining ect: in fact just a very happy contented big lad.He has turned into quite a jet setter he goes all over the country with his dad, and is loving every minute of it.This is him with his dad ( just look at the adoration in both their eyes awwwww) and one of him where he used to like to lie at the kennels.Diesel we are all so very happy at last you have found your wonderful forever home, hope you have many years to enjoy it.To Tony Carol & family thank you so much for giving this big softy such a wonderful home. Lots of love from everyone here at Second Chance xxxx..

Morag the wee Westie has brought her folks and her " brother " Dougal back to see us,she wanted us to see how well she was looking. The wee soul had quite a few health problems but her mum & dad have had her at the vets and she is in A1 condition now.Although she came into the home where Dougal already stayed, now she is feeling better she doesn't half boss him about and bless him he lets her and she hogs the fire. But a very happy household.

Meg & Suzi >>
Posted: 8th November 2008

Thrilled to receive these this morning, from Suzi's mum and dad she is looking great as is her big sis Meg who is getting on in years now, but obviously still loves going for her walks.

Dear Ena & Gang
I meant to send photos of Suzi before now, but as you can see she is doing really well. Meg is slowing down a bit now and sleeps a lot when she gets back from a walk. A year has gone so quickly, sorry for the ink running out of the printer. It was so nice of you to call and see how she is getting on. Some of the pictures were taken in May this year whilst on holiday at Loch Rannoch. The smaller pictures were taken at the new house that we hope to move into in the next few weeks. Thanks for keeping in touch.

Bye for now
